Customer-provided material

Customers retain ownership of their original photographs, videos, stories, and other materials. By providing material for a memorial project, a customer will grant Remember Their Paws the limited permission needed to create, host, maintain, and deliver that memorial.

No guarantee of uninterrupted availability

We aim to keep the website available and secure, but internet services occasionally behave like internet services. Continuous, error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
